چکیده
TUUSAT-1A stands for Taiwan Universities United Satellite NO.1A. The micro-satellite research team includes scholars from Tamkang University, China Institute of Technology, National Formosa University, National Taiwan Ocean University and National Chia Yi University. The micro-satellite is 28 cm in height and weighs 40 kg and it is powered by solar energy. For image acquisition using GPS and CMOS sensors as payload, the satellite must operate at an altitude of 500 km and at an inclination of 0 21 with the circular orbit for a period of 3-12 months. The structural subsystem is one of the major sub-systems of this satellite. The major functions of the satellite structure include decrease and preserve against compressive strength, support the space, and the requirements for other sub-systems. In this paper, we discuss the structure design of TUUSAT-1A. Key-Words: structure sub-system, TUUSAT-1A, micro-satellite, compressive strength, solar energy.

Application of microsatellite markers to study the genetic structure of stellate sturgeon populations (Acipenser stellatus Pallas, 1771) in the south Caspian Sea
Population genetic structure of stellate sturgeon (Acipenser stellatus) in 197 adult specimens from four fishery regions along the Iranian coastline of the southern Caspian Sea was investigated using microsatellite markers. Out of 15 microsatellite primers, 11 loci were produced, in which 10 of them were polymorphic and 1 was monomorph. Totally, 184 alleles were identified and on average 13.1 a...

Genetic diversity is a key component of ecosystems. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the genetic diversity of Iranian native honeybee colonies (Apis mellifera meda L.) located in the northern region. Colonies from 24 locations have been analyzed using microsatellite markers. Samples were collected from Caspian Sea southern area (north of Iran). Six microsatellite markers (A28, A29, ...

Mineral nutrient malnutrition, particularly deficiency in zinc and iron, afflicts over 3 billion people worldwide. Biofortification of food crops is the best approach for conciliating the micronutrient deficiencies. Understanding the genetic basis of their accumulation is the preconditions for enhancing of these micronutrients. In our study, a mapping population of a set of 118 recombinant inbr...
متن کاملPopulation structure of Rutilus frisii kutum in Iranian Coastline of the Caspian Sea using microsatellite markers
Kutum is considered as one of the anadramous species of the Caspian Sea. Due to continuous population decline of the fish since 1975, Iranian fisheries organization started to restock this species. Nowadays, there is growing concern over the effects of restocking on natural populations. For this purpose, population structure and genetic variation of this species in the Iranian coastline of Casp...
